Letting ban (décence énergétique)

Class G	banned from new leases since 1 January 2025
Class F	banned from 1 January 2028
Class E	banned from 1 January 2034
F & G rents	frozen since 24 August 2022 (no revision, no increase)

Mandatory sale audit (audit énergétique)

Class F–G	audit required at sale since 1 April 2023
Class E	audit required since 1 January 2025
Class D	audit required from 1 January 2034
